A local church (we can see it from our driveway) started a community garden. It's huge! I thought it was just for their church community but it's actually for the people in our neighborhood. It's amazing to see everything and how fast it grows. There is a huge variety of peppers in the garden, I'm even thinking about making salsa. If anyone has good and EASY recipes send them my way!

Bobbie when I get home from Black Lake I will give you the BEST recipe for salsa. It is yummy. I used to can it every year with Mary Nykerk. Ask Josh if he remembers.....
We all remember that smell of the salsa the Mary's used to make, but it sure was delicious! I'll come help, I love salsa, I want ON The Borders recipe!
